Anyone familiar with Harrogate, will know that Parliament Street is the street for a leisurely afternoon in town - this isn't just because of Betty's Tea Rooms (although we're the first to admit you can't beat a spot of afternoon tea at Betty's), it's also because of our beautiful gallery that can be found half way up the hill.
